Energy Therapy - 60 min. session

Energy Therapy is a holistic method of healing using energy contained in and surrounding the human body, mind, and spirit.  When Energy flow becomes blocked or fixated the result can be illness or pain.  Through this non-invasive session the practitioner will seek to gently attune the flow and balance of these energies.  By releasing these blockages, the energy can be restored to normal flow patterns to maintain the energy field in an open, flexible condition. 

Yoga Therapy - 90 min. session

Through assisted yoga postures and non-directive dialogue, the practitioner guides clients to experience the connection of their physical and emotional selves. Using focused breathing, this connection is held and explored, fostering release, personal growth and healing.  Energy Therapy can also be used to gently support the release.

 Ionic Detox Footbath - 15 min. minimum

The Bio-Cleanse® Ionic Footbath supports in rebalancing energy meridians and energy lines. One of the benefits of the footbath is that it promotes the cellular detoxification process in a safe and gentle manor. From my own experience with the footbath, I find that my joints feel more open and that it greatly diminishes joint pain. The footbath can be scheduled separate or in conjunction with other treatments.
